- 6+ years Front Office / Guest Services experience with minimum 3 years in manager position.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all front of house operations.
- Strong result oriented, people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving skills and execution of work.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability.
- Be responsible for the overall guest experience at the hotel.
- Always make the guest the first priority.
- Create and maintain hotel reputation by monitoring and improving productivity and attitude of the team.
- Create a fun, friendly culture and a high service standard.
- Build an energized, well trained, technique driven team.
- Create, define and maintain smooth daily operation throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate with team concerned to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise all Guest Experience team in the performance of their duties.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel products, facilities, services and other near-by attractions.
- Warm & friendly guest interaction with cordial correspondence.
- Respond to operational emergencies.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Monthly Service Charge with Minimum Guarantee of Baht 4,000
