Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of how digital channels work (Web, mobile, social)
- Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at one time
- Strong written and spoken Chinese (some commercial writing experience preferred)
- Good understanding of the Chinese travel market
- Knowledge and experience of the hotel industry is preferred
- A degree in Hospitality / e-commerce / Marketing / Online Marketing / Business is a definite asset
- Understanding of e-commerce concepts such as SEO, SEM, analytics..etc. an advantage
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Developing online Chinese/English Content
- Managing working
- Developing email campaigns in Chinese/English
- Coordinate databases
- Develop Content to for Chinese social media channels
- Develop and maintain relationship with strategic Chinese KOLs
- Coordinate social media campaigns and KOL visits
- Create and execute promoted posts and ads including social media
- Responding to comments n social media channels
- Coordinate tactical ad campaigns.
- Compiled Monthly reports for digital channels for all hotels
