- 7+ years Restaurant / F&B experience with minimum 3 years in supervisor / manager position.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all restaurant and F&B operations.
- Strong leadership skills that motivate the Food and Beverage Service team to perform beyond expectation.
- Excellent selling capabilities and desire to coach selling techniques to their team.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Be responsible for the daily operation of restaurants, outlets and other establishments that prepare and serve food & beverage.
- Direct the Food and Beverage Services team member to ensure that the guests are satisfied with their dining experience in the restaurant / outlet / room service.
- Work closely with Food and Beverage Kitchen team as well as Marketing team to maximize revenue opportunities through the sale of outlets food, beverage and service.
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness.
- Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities.
- Create a fun, friendly culture and a high service standard.
- Ensure all guest expectations are met by maintaining high service levels.
- Train and supervise all Food and Beverage Services team in the performance of their duties.
- Encompass a dedicated training & development program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff

- 2 Duty Meals / Day
