- 3+ years experience with relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain a sustained level of concentration in a high pressured environment.
- Experience and knowledge in Authentic Thai Cuisine would be a plus
- Be responsible for a daily food preparation and duties assigned.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
- Work according to the menu specifications by Executive Chef.
- Monitor freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, tracking of old and new items.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff
