- Male/Female aged 28 ? 40 years old Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Hospitality management or other related field
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in similar positions with related experience in an upscale hotel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Opera system is asset
- Able to work under pressure and stressful situations while handling multiple tasks
- Excellent inter-personal skills with a positive attitude and be guest focused.
- Reporting directly to Rooms Division Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. At all times the Duty Manager is expected to lead by example - behaviors, speech and appearance must be without fault. treatment of staff must be courteous and discretionary. guest service standards must be the benchmark that sets the levels to be attained by all hotel staff.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department and Co-ordinate with various other departments in order to ensure personalized, prompt and flawless service to all guests
- Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel
- the Duty Manager will be called upon to deal with guest problems and/or complaints. In dealing with these situations, the Duty Manager must ensure that use tact and diplomacy and remain within the organizational policy in rectifying the situation.
