1. Bachelor Degree in related field.
2. Minimum 3 year experience in Managerial level preferably international hotels with proven record of achievements in people development.
3. Proficient English Language skills.
4. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
5. Detailed knowledge of working practices of engineering.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Controls and supervises the sub-ordinates for the smooth operation according to the duties and each responsibility.
2. Controls and keeps all sub-ordinates in good disciplinary and Hotel regulations. Record and reports the performance of sub-ordinates to Chief Engineer.
3. In charge of all and maintenance works of Engineering Department.
4. Co-ordinates and co-operates with other Department for the smooth operation of the hotel.
5. Makes planning and organizing the current operation in the way of saving energy consumption and increasing productivity.
6. Controls and maintains the tool and equipments in good condition and using material economically including safety precaution.
