1. Experienced as Resident Manager in world-class five star hotel of at least 3 years experience
2. Experience in large volume operations
3. Able to manage large and diverse operations.
4. Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction.
5. Profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency
6. Sales & Marketing knowledge in the travel trade is a benefit
7. Ability to work with a variety of team members and levels of authority
8. Bachelor's Degree in Business or hospitality management
9. Applicants should possess an outstanding career record in the hotel industry with a successful track record of achievements.
10. Excellent leadership skills
