- Bachelor- s degree or higher in hospitality or any field.
- Currently holding position as Hotel Manager, Resident Manager/Room Division in hospitality business.
- Love to service customers and develop people.
- Positive thinking
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), Opera etc.
- Good English communication: both verbal and written.
- Able to always respond to business policy and requirements.
- Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a
strategic direction and driving excellence.

- To oversee, manage, monitor, follow up the high quality and standard of hospitality to meet customer experiences.
- Take full accountability to drive operational strategy, plans and process through people capability, and to reasonable and polite respond to customer- s complaints
- Develop and coach the team- s behavior in accordance with hotel standard, SHA etc. to ensure high quality of operational process be always maintained.
- Responsible in operation (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering)
- Immediately solve and minimize customer complaints.
- Actively manages financial statement, reviews, and critiques performance in a timely fashion. Teaches the process to all members of the management team.
- Assesses and reviews the job performance of subordinates and maintains personnel records of assigned employees.
- Fully utilizes and follows through a guest comment pr Complete necessary reports on weekly basis
