Experience: Guest service Agent or Reservation
Based in the Accorhotels Call Center located in Ploenchit area (walking distance from BTS), your main tasks will be will to handle bookings over the phone, by e-mail, answering to enquiries, complaint handling, in accordance to the standards determined by Accorhotels Contacts Centres.
You will be working on shift hours (Office opening hours: from 08am to 10pm daily including week end).
