1. Minimum education of Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of repair & maintenance experience.
3. Good knowledge and understanding of machines and preventive procedures.
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
5. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervise the team of engineers and technicians to perform duties smoothly and efficiently. Control Water system and all equipment in the plant room. Control all the electricity and air conditioning. Report on the utility consumption and make sure all machine rooms and equipment are in good working condition.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the school, engineering facilities, efficiency of equipment and machinery, for the energy and water efficiency, the safety and emergency procedures, and being adhered to governmental regulation, National Environmental Boards, and the Engineering & Safety & Emergency Standards policy.
