- Manage and oversea the organization- s travel business efforts
- Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers and sales opportunities.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant market area.
- Set the sales strategy and initiate marketing ideas and promotion campaigns including establish new marketing channels.
- Work with Marketing & Communications team to increase the volume of high quality Travel Agent to Infinity properly.
- Ensure business unit follows clear brand identity guidelines
- Promoting Infinity all hotels and resorts under Infinity
- At least 3 years hotel experience
- Must have a proven sales record within hospitality industry
- Good understanding of Travel Agency and must have the commercial intelligence to initiate and conclude business deals.
- Must have strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing and directing high skills, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force along with the ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic of tourism business market.
- Strong sales management ability, presentable and great negotiation skills.
- A high-level of creative, enthusiasm, motivation and fast learner with passion on latest technologies and implementing outstanding sales ideas.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
