1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
2. Previous hotel experience in any key functions at least 2-3 years. Exposure to training function or ability to conduct, lead training class is essential.
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
4. Computer literate
5. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assist the training manager in the designing and conducting the training courses. Coordinate with other parties to execute the in-house courses. Coordinate with department head regarding the compulsory training of their staffs. Prepare relevant training records and reports. Coordinate in the additional training programs as assigned.
