To handle all check-in and check out as per standard. To great all guest with a smile and a - wai- . To prepare all details 1 day prior check-out guest. The invoices are ready and correct and that all items are posted upon check-out. To verify that the requested hotel voucher are on hand and that for non-credit agency prepayment is paid before guests check-out. To ensure by group check-out that each guest folio is closed before bus is departing. Know how to handle paid-outs, adjustments, rebates etc and foreign currency exchange.
