About you:
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, Science or Business area
- At least two years work experience in a business, engineering or IT role, or experience working as a recruiter
- Be ready to attend various networking events to find candidates and help identify potential clients
- Have a good social media network and be able (or ready to learn how) to use your network to find candidates
- Good sense of responsibility and able to manage your own working time
- Be flexible and open to using new technologies and approaches
- Thai national with good English skills
Position: Tech Recruitment Consultant
The role:
You will work on various recruitment assignments, both by yourself and together with colleagues:
- Find candidates through online database and via personal and social networks
- Interview and talk with candidates, explaining to them about roles as well as determining how well they fit with available positions
- Handle communications and negotiations with clients and candidates
- Help / support other staff with their assignments
- Keep relevant tracking systems / business applications up to do date
