BA in any fields with proven working experience as HR manager / supervisor (all functions of HR)
Thai citizen, at least 5 years of working experiences in full spectrum of HR
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to create and implement strategy along with leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
Good in English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must
Khmer or Laos literal is an advantage.
The salary and position depend on working experience.
Functions as an HR Manager to work with employees and supervisors
Organizational development and talent management
Attendance policies, record retention activities, etc.
Staffing, compensation, training, and employee relation
Directs the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: employee selection and placement, training, benefits, wage and salary administration, equal employment opportunity, unemployment and disability insurance, labor relations
