-Major in hotel management or received hospitality industrial training
-Same position with 2 years above working experience in the branded hotel
-Familiar with hotel operation process and hotel product knowledge;
-Skills: understand the sales process, professional sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills etc.
The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team. Responsible in achieving the room objectives of his/her markets and business segments. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through customer relationship management. Supervises subordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.
