Cost Controller Officer

?Bachelor?s degree or higher in accounting or related major.
?Minimum 1-2 years in the position of Cost Controller or Store & Receiving Officer
?Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and accounting system.
?Has expense in food and beverage business will be advantage.

JOB SCOPE

Ensures that all products received match the Purchase Order and providing statistical information on the cost of food and beverage as required for effective cost control.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Supervise Store & Receiving Officer regarding to daily goods receiving and ensure that product, numbers and quality is up to standard.
?Monitor movement of inventories (i.e. receiving, issuing, transfer, spoil, and testing)
?Spot-check restaurants and kitchens regarding product usage and storage.
?Manage monthly stock taking for all stores and record in accounting system.
?Cost variance analysis during monthly inventories.
?Maintain stock code and recipe and in accounting system.
?Handle office petty cash for daily purchase and reimbursement.
?Complete other duties as assigned.
