Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office and in the Managerial level.
Computer Literacy with a knowledge of OPERA System is an advantage.
ACCOR Experience is advantage
Knowledge of computer skills, and hotel operating hardware.
Good communication skills in English Language (spoken and written)
Able to work under pressure with a proven record of fantastic Guest interaction
Mature & self motivated with good personality and demonstrated team leadership
Be responsible for all Front office, Reception, Concierge, Telephone Operator, Business Centre, Guest Services area and Premier Floor.
Working closely work together with Revenue Mgr to ensure optimum use of Hotel Room Inventory.
Maximize RevPAR while maintaining a high Novotel services standard.
Liaise with EHK to ensure the room standards exceed brand indicators
Review guest arrival information & follow up with relevant departments
Leading by example in appearance, attitude & professionalism.
Implement the service quality standards and ensure that guests feel welcome.
