- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Knowledge in Hospitality industry program such as Fidelio, Opera, Micros, Sun System, Eagle program is advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team oriented and proactive.
- Flexible working time able to change shift.
- To ensure all systems within the Hotel are operating to the required standards.
- Respond to guest IT requests in a timely and professional manner.
- To assist in logging and tracking all software licenses to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in coordinating our system vendors? in regards to upgrade and support issues.
- Maintain office and guest logs to ensure problems, events and changes are properly records.
- Maintain adequate par levels for in-room and public areas wireless access codes held by IT Department.
- To ensure all software upgrades are handled properly and special projects are required to maintain and upgrade the quality of IT services.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware, software and licence.
- Identify and remove malware, virus and spyware.
- Ensure System Backup/Disaster Recovery are well established.
