Guest Service Officer (GSO)

- Thai National only and age not over 35 years old
- Can starting working immediately would be an advantage
- Good English conversation skills and excellent inter personal skills.
- Has service minded.
- Willing to work in Hotel Business.
- Able to work as a shift.
- Bachelor's degree in a hospitality or related fields & Fresh graduate welcomed.
- Thai nationality only.

- Welcoming VIPs and all guests and process of check-in and check-out.
- Ensuring the arrangements are prepared prior guests check in.
- In charge of Hotel Inspection and provide the necessary information to the guests.
- Assisting hotel guests during their stay.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regular guests and VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
- Assist with other departments, as necessary
