1. Report directly to Front Office Manager.
2. Coordinates with other HODs and Managers for all concerned activities in the hotel.
3. Contacts and co-operates with staff in other Departments about the progression of the job assignment.
? EXTERNAL
1. Interact with all hotel guests.
2. Communicate closely with MBK-HT team.
The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for the quality process in the hotel and ensuring that the services/products are effectively delivered to our guests. He / She will responsible for monitoring operational effectiveness and value creation through people, products and processes. He / She will be responsible for ensuring the right adaptation and application of SOPs. He / She will actively involved in the implementation of quality standards in the hotel and ensure that brand standards are delivered to achieve higher guest satisfaction in the hotel.
