The Talent Development Manager (TDM) core competency are Recruitment and Organization Development focus on the education development to cultivate the learning organization concept, create the education for adult learner project, develop program for employee progress, design the entertraining program to increase the environment of learning and participant?s satisfaction. The TDM will be in- charge of overall Organization Development functions, assist and support the Director of Human Resources (DHR) to plan, implement, assess, evaluate, and follow up the outcome of each Organization Development project to achieve HR department?s goals and objectives.
