Strong in maintenance system and high building
Trouble shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of:
Mechanical services such as central A/C, exhaust and ventilation system, boilers, waste water treatment plant, sanitary and plumbing system, steam generators, chillers, cooling towers, swimming pool equipment etc.
Electrical services such as incoming power supply, main circuit breakers, transformers, high and low tension switch gears, emergency generators, switch rooms, lifts, lightings and neon signs.
Life safety equipment such as fire fighting, fire alarms, sprinkler, smoke and heat detectors, exit lights, fire pumps etc.
Utilities supplies such as hot and cold water, electricity, gas and fuel oil.
