-Hotel High School, preferably Hotel Management University.
-Service and details oriented eye for details.
-Strong knowledge of busy F&B operation.
-Have a good attitude, open mind and creative.
-Fluent in English (other languages would be advantage).
-4 years? experience in an equivalent position in a 5 star international hotel. Varied ---International experience also required.
-Creativity, innovative and organizational skills.
-Highly creative and leadership character.
-Able to meet financial targets set out.
-Ability to comply with all F&B brand standards.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent grooming standards.
-Willingness to develop team members.
-Flexibility to respond to a range of different working situation.
