?Personally oversee taste, presentations of food during operations
?Conduct training of standard recipes and control food quality
?Supervising all Kitchen operations, PAR stock control, cost control, FIFO
?Monitor sanitation practices and ensure that kitchen safety standards are followed
?Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
?Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and other food preparation workers
?Prepare weekly roster
?To liaise with staff in direct support and cooperation with Executive Chef - Director
?Ensure all company standards are adhered and followed on a day to day basis
?Role requires split shift
?Rectify arising problems or complaints
?2days-off per week
?8hours working per day
