-Minimum of two years work experience in the Reservation Department.
-An undergraduate degree from a recognisable university.
-Excellent interpersonal,organisation skills.
-Is able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Familiar with Epitome or other Property Management System(PMS), and MS Office.
Make hotel room reservations accurately.
Control hotel room allotments for both online and offline travel agents.
Ensure reservations details are entered correctly.
Report reservations performance to Head of Department and other required department.
Negotiable based on level of experience.
