? Organizes and directs the preparation of the weekly cover forecast, coordinates staffing and sets up changes in Food & Beverage areas as determined from the review and analysis of the weekly forecast.
? Supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
? Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
? Maintains effective communication with outlet and kitchen, and consistently maintains high product and service standards.
? Supervises, coordinates and follows up on monthly inventories.
? Assists in the operation during service time.
