? Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
? At least 3 years? experiences in the human resources industry preferably in hospitality industry
? Well-versed in Thailand labor law, salary tax and employment related legislations
? Good command in Thai and English, both written and oral
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
? Pleasant and well organized with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
? Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
? Experiences in using Human Resources Information System
? Responsible for handling all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal, disciplinary and grievance issues, payroll, training and attendance control etc.. Preparing and processing documents pertaining to the aforesaid HR functions.
? Dealing with the government authorities for summiting statutory documents related to social security fund, compensation fund and employee income tax
? Compiling HR Reports for submission to Head Office located in Hong Kong
? Contribute up-to-date human resource generalist knowledge to enhance and implement the HR related workflows and procedures effectively
? Engage manpower to be aligned with the Company?s directions and brand?s strategies to deliver professional HR services that enable business success
? Ad hoc tasks assigned by management
? Ready to be relocated and work in Khao Yai
