Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
? Thai nationality
? Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
? Five years in industrial maintenance or related works at a supervisory level.
? Mechanical engineering/maintenance and Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
? Industrial waste management and Environmental management
? Knowledge of (preventive) maintenance systems
? Can command of English and Computer literate
? Leadership, systematic thinking, analytical, problem solving and decision making, service minded and senses of urgency, people skills
? Shift and 'on-call' work may be required
? Organizing and carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work
? Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing breakdown problems
? Reducing and or preventing breakdowns
? Arranging specialist procurement of machinery and or components/spare parts
? Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs according to budget
? Creating/implementing maintenance procedures and instructions to associates
? Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and requirements
