-Knowledge in conducting feasibility studies
-1+ years of Business Development. Hospitality experience would be an advantage.
-Self-motivated and result-oriented
-Skillful in MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
-Fluent in writing and speaking English
-Generating market studies on potential new projects and
developing a distinguished project concept to drive project
success
-Prepare project business plan proposal/pitch for
management and various SBUs
-Working on stringent targets, to construct feasibility reports
and project implementation and budget plan.
-Responsible for the success of project launches and
improving company bottom line
