Qualification:
- Male/Female age between 28-35 years old
- Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in hotel industry.
- Be able to travel frequently to upcountry and able to drive safely by themselves with a valid driver?s license.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Dynamic team player with great collaborative and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude.
- Very well organized, multitasking and able to work in a tight deadline.
- Optimistic, enthusiasm with helpful mindset.

รายละเอียดงาน

- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the brand?s equity, brand awareness and all Marketing activities are being done properly.
- Creatively initiate and plan all marketing campaign/activities, both offline and online based on marketing objectives.
- Frequently travel to upcountry in order to explore the hotel?s location and introduce Hop Inn to nearby local businesses. Evaluate the available local media and activations to come up with the best idea for each location.
- Summarize the trip and distribute such information to the relevant team.
- Develop and maintain good relationships and communication with key partners, work strategically and select the best partners for co campaign.
- Have good relationships and communicate regularly with a lot of online and offline media and bloggers
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer in order to ensure all the hotels collaterals such as flyer, maps, social media artwork, special collaterals for event, etc. are being created correctly within the planned timeline.
- Manage Social Media by preparing weekly scheduled posts and monitoring guest?s comments and message and provide appropriate responses. Come up with new idea of activity and posts on Social Media.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and keep track of the expense spent.
- Liaise with several departments in the organization such as finance, sales, etc. to make sure all the work process is being done as required.
- Update hotel list with latest information and distribute to the relevant teams.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the manager.
