- Male or female, age 30 ? 45 years
- Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years? experience in Finance & Accounting Department with minimum of 1-2 years in managerial level
- Have good English communication skill
- Have good administration and managerial skill
- Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success
- Responsible for the finance and accounting department and with high ability to manage the property level accounting matters with accuracy and precision.
- Be truthful in every aspect of the accounting procedures with high leadership examples to the staff and ensure that internal control system is in place
- To represent the company for any matters pertaining to finance and accounting, dealing with external parties when necessary.
- Draw up an annual budget for the property in line with the management direction.
- Review all detail of balance sheet account on monthly basis.
- Prepare all necessary month end reports as required by property, cluster or HQ level.
