- Male or female, preferable age at 24 and above
- Bachelor?s Degree in related field
- At least 1-3 years? experience as Admin or Secretary to (Hotel or property management industry)
- Have good English communication skill
- Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success
- Have Service Orientation / Computer literacy
- Assist to handle and follow up with resident requests and complaints
- Assist to preparing general documents relating to office use
- Assist to seek purchasing inquiries for engineering and housekeeping
- Prepare purchasing requisition and purchase order
- Co-ordinate with Central Purchasing
- Assist to seek information for resident
- Handle all payments and handing to the account
- Handle secretarial service for residents i.e. fax and photocopy services
- Perform other duty as and when assign by Manager
