Qualifications:
? Both Male and Female are welcome, Thai Nationality
? Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Management in hospitality or relate field
? At least 10 year experience in restaurant management
? Deep knowledge in Restaurant operation
? Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills
? Results-oriented business manager
? Demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
? Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence
? Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
? High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment

Job Description:
General Operations
? Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant and makes final decision on guest service issues.
? Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
? Inspect dining room, food receiving, preparation, production and storage areas
? Maintain appropriate restaurant image
? Ensure good safety practices of employees and quests throughout the restaurant
? Plans, coordinates and has final approval on the scheduling of all restaurant department
? Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
? Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
? Communicates to staff and ensures all employees are aware of marketing campaigns
? Follow all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulation outlined in the employee handbook
Food Safety and Planning
? Ensure sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and of kitchen and dining areas
? Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service
? Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant?s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standard
? Responsible for all restaurant inventories
? Ensure product is always on hand on an as needed basis, through systematic ordering and forecasting techniques
Financial
? Ensure the receipt of all orders to verify correct quantities and pricing
? Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedure
? Review financial information; sales, cost, and monitor budgets
? Prepare budgets as required by corporate and manage in an effort to meet budget projections
? Prepare period and quarterly and budget analysis
? Responsible for ensuring that all financial and employee and payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedure
Employee Related
? Provides direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
? Interviews, selects and hires hourly employees. Make employment and termination decision
