- Bachelor?s degree in Computer or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT support
- Good knowledge in managing, setup, installing, and configuring Hardware and Software
- Knowledge about Computer board mikrotic and operation system (Windows Server, Link Server, MAC, LINUX Server)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good problem solving skill, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
Responsibility:
-Managing the IT infrastructure system e.g. Hardware/software server, network etc.
-To improve the performance, stability and security control
-Acting as the helpdesk team to recover the IT incident issues under responsibility (e.g. laptop support, hardware failure, escalate issue to the vendors, etc.)
-Managing, controlling, and maintaining hardware/software (PC/Laptop), printers, photocopier, fax, IP Phone, wifi
Supports local and regional IT Infrastructure projects
-Manages and handles IT Asset with related departments.
