- At least 2-3 year experience in Front Office or F&B would be advantage.
- Good command in speaking and writing English and good computer skill.
- Pleasant personality, team working and able to handle complaints,
- Able to work under pressure and flexible time
- Give priority to VIP and Executive Floor's guest while personally taking care.
- Anticipates guests'needs and takes them into consideration and handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible.
- Takes care of the arrival and departure processes for guests in complaiance with internal procedures.
- Informs guests about the formalities, any particular conditions relating to their stay and the services available.
- Increase F&B revenue by upselling During the day "bread an more" or Room service menu for corporate inviting guests.
- Working 5 Days/Week
