- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- 3 years or above relevant IT experience in Hospitality Industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in mainstream PC desktop applications and the effective use of Internet technology and services; knowledge in Opera, POS and Material Controls is a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Self-driven and proactive with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Hospitable and service-minded
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Maintain wireless in guest room
