- Ensure that facsimile, mail, messages, packages etc. are delivered properly and efficiency in apart of guest and internal operation.
- Keep precise records of check in and check out transactions.
- Ensure the luggage is delivered to the guest rooms promptly and in a Professional manner after check in process.
- Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner at all times and be of assistance when required and approached by guests.
- Having a through knowledge of the Racha and its products and service, concerning the F&B Outlet location and operating hours and concerning functions taking place in the function room.
- Having a good knowledge in local area which can assist the hotel guest to get promptly information.
- Keep the Golf Cars cleaning and ensure that all items has been checked and ready to work properly on daily basis.
