? Experience in pre-opening Hotel/Apartment will be advantage
? Well-developed management and problem solving skills
? Coaching skills, guest focused, quality orientated.
? Extrovert, strong sense of responsibility, alert and agile, pleasant personality
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Strong ability to solve problems ? identify and find solution
? Good Leader ship skill and motivate staff
? Good communication, Strong service mind and Mature
? Good computer skills
