- 1-year experience with relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
- If you can speak Chinese it will be an advantage.
- Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are maintained and provided.
- Handle all interactions with the guest in a hospitable and professional manner.
- Create an exceptional service experience for guests that contact with questions and for help.
