1. Male / Female, aged up 35 years old.
2. A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business in plus.
3. Minimum 2 years in work experience as the Hotel Manager or in a similar role of managerial experience in such as Front, Rooms or Food & Beverage. Insights into Sales and Marketing and experience in budgeting are desired.
4. Excellent command of English
5. Ability to communicate in Japanese is advantage.
6. Pleasant, good problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must
? Overall hotel management including sale and marketing, operations, supporting, planning, customer service and etc.
? Ensure a smooth and efficiency of overall operations
? Build up efficiency team work and cost control
