-Monitor present and future training trends, practices and system that is beneficial for hotel staff and recommends to the Learning & Development
Manager for implementation.
-Assist in conducting in-house generic training programs (for example, Courtesy, Deportment, Personnel grooming and Communication Skills) for
staff
-Assist Learning & Development Manager in the handling of correspondence and administration work.
-Assists the Learning & Development Manager to develop hotel annual training plans, training policies and procedures
-Coordinate with other department heads for departmental training and inter- hotel cross training
