- Must have proven supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Delivering and continuously improving end-to-end HR processes, policies and system aligned with both HR and business strategies.
- Enabling ongoing execution and delivery of routine, standardized HR solutions.
- Process administration and transaction execution.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including dealing with external recruitment provider.
- Able to manage recruitment project and system.
- Enabling and ensuring HR services and solutions are delivered.
