Assistant Human Resource Manager

- Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
- At least 5 years? experience in Human Resources Manager / Personnel Manager
- Fluent written and conversation skills in English

- Advanced proficiency level in MS. Office especially MS. Excel and HR Software

- Proactive, analytical thinking and provide innovation approach with strong multitasking capabilities.

- Good interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving.

- Able to relocate to Koh Phangan

- Responsible for overseeing human resources recruitment, training, compensation, management, employee relations, and evaluation of performance activities

- Set plans, operations strategies, and target achievement indicators.

- Provide improvement suggestions for policy, regulations, and human resources practices to management.

- Plan and determine strategy in recruitment - in order to recruit employees as planned.

- Determine market competitive wages and benefits policy for the company.

- Plan, monitor, and develop an effective performance evaluation system for the company

- Plan and analyze training roadmap which will enhance employee knowledge

- Plan and manage human resources budget for maximum benefit.

- Visa and Work permit handle for expat staff & trainees

- Report to General Manager
