- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in related position
- Good command of English and computer skills
- A strong leadership and accurate decision making
- Strong team spirit and supervision skills
- To assist the General Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects or operation with regard to the processing and distribution of local payroll and the bookkeeping operations of the hotel.
- Ensure the accuracy and propriety of all changes and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly recorded in the books on a timely basis.
- Check and sign all journal vouchers prepared for Cost Control, General Cashier, Payroll, Accounts Payable,
- Accounts Receivable and Income Auditor.
- Make sure that all balance sheet items are all accounted for and reconciled with their respective subsidiary ledgers and/or schedules and all contra or clearance accounts are cleared at the end of the month.
- Ensure the accurate and prompt monthly and year-end closing of the books of accounts.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules required by ACCOR and management.
- 7 Day Off per month / 8 hours working per day
