- Thai nationality
- Fresh graduates are welcome

- Ability to resolve the issue that may arise

- Confirm reservations for rooms according to the room availability
- Record all reservations and handle the reservation correspondence accurately and neatly.
- Handle all group reservations from the initial blockage to the final rooming list
- Monitor the prepayment to ensure all booking will be paid within due date
- Coordinate with the travel agent and update the room allotment
- Handle in a guest inquiry via email, Facebook and other channels
