? Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
? Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
? Have a strong working knowledge of Food and Beverage
? Courteously greet the customers and invite them to have a drink
? Advice and inform guests about different drinks that they want to try.
? Take orders to the customers about their preferred drinks.
? Mix and shakes drinks according to the guest?s desire.
? Entertain customer with different exhibitions and flares in bartending.
? Serve ice cold alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks to the customers.
? Prepare the bill to the customer and wait for their payments
Keeping alcoholic drinks on their respective tracks
? Providing Food & Beverage service as per Sofitel Standards
? Ensures 100% guest satisfaction by providing cousu main service to the guest
? Ensures smooth operations by following the managers instructions
? Ensures good teamwork by being flexible and helpful
? Ensure a minimum of breakage and spoilage by handling the Sofitel assets carefully
? Always have ?Can do? attitude
