? To ride the boats take the hotel guests for excursion and ensure the trip is safe, fun, memorable and valuable
? To clean and tidy the boats ensure the boat look good all the time
? To check all boat parts ensure all are in good condition. Immediately report to direct supervisor if any parts need
? Inform Sport & Recreation Manager if there is a maintenance to be done on the boats
? To service and assist the guest on the beach and around the pool if no boat trip
? To assist the excursion attendant prepare to supplies needs for boat trip
? Help in the operation of the Resort if required
? Keep an organized logbook of all excursion activities including, guest complaints, comments, weather, fuel consumption, number of guests participants and staff on duty. This logbook should be handed to the Sport & Recreation Manager daily.
? Keep informed by reading the logbook daily.
? To ensure that service standards are met in accordance with the Operations Manual
? to repair or replace as soon as possible
? To promote the resort excursion program through the resort guests as per weekly schedule
? Give suggestion for improving the excursion service and increasing the revenue
? keep maintain the speed boats in professional manner by follow the boat maintenance check list
? Keep friendly and courteous towards guests and co-workers at all times.
? Carry out all reasonable tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
? Be able to work overtime when required and complete extra jobs if assigned.
? Stay positive, courteous, friendly, energetic, informed, organized and helpful in all aspects of your job with guests as well as with employees.
