? Coordinate with all outlet in department for Set up pool Activities program
? Spot check on the equipment and make sure that they are in the line of safety, grooming etc.
? Service guest around the pool
? Responds to the guest request and immediately handle problems and complaints about sports &Activities
? To Clean and maintain pool equipment and ensure they are in good condition
? Knowledge of attractive excursion of Krabi, Phang Nag and Phuket Island and surrounding to inform the guest
? First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifesaving certification
? Swimming efficiency
? Basic Sports & Activities skill
? Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
? Training functions for new and existing staff members.
? Be able to work overtime when required and complete extra jobs if assigned
? Help other operation of the Resort if required
? Keep friendly and courteous towards guests and co-workers at all times.
? Keep fully focused and monitor on the guests needs during the travel periods and does not leave the guest alone
? To promote & up selling the excursion activities program through the resort guests
? To Inform the itinerary of the activities and excursion program to the guest
? Comply with training plan for all pool ambassadors 6hrs / ambassador / month for low season and 3 hour for high season by training record
? To do the guest cousu main service 2 time per month by cousu main record
