The Director of Sales is responsible for the development, formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for the occupancy of the properties managed by the company both locally and internationally. He/she is responsible for the planning and organizing all activities pertaining to the effective operation of the properties? sales & marketing, advertising and promotions as well as public relations.
